Jono Kennard talks about his first BF3 pole position
Jonathan Kennard converts pre season test pace into his maiden British F3 pole position fro Round 2 of the 2007 series.
Kennard's Raikkonen Robertson Racing teammate Stephen Jelley lines up alongside him on the front row after finishing just 0.098seconds behind. Row 2 will be filled by Fortec's Sebastian Hohenthal, who improved right at the end of the 30-minute session, and Marko Asmer in the Hitech Dallara Mercedes. Race 1 pole sitter Maro Engel could only manage 5th place, two tenths quicker than the third Raikkonen Robertson Racing Dallara of Atte Mustonen.
Sam Bird (Carlin), Greg Mansell (Fortec), Niall Breen (Carlin) and Walter Grubmuller (Hitech) round out the top 10.
Michale Meadows took the pole position in the National Class, 0.031 seconds and one place ahead of Frankie Cheng, with Alistair Jackson in 3rd place.
